Xxxxxxx Loan definition

Xxxxxxx Loan means the loan to Borrower from Xxxx Xxxxxxx Mutual Life Insurance Company, ING Capital LLC and other lenders in the maximum principal amount of $185,000,000.00 made pursuant to that certain Fourth Amended and Restated Note Purchase Agreement dated as of November 18, 2003, as it may be amended from time to time (provided that the principal amount owing does not exceed $185,000,000.00) and the notes issued thereunder and providing a maturity date for said notes of December 15, 2013 or earlier.

Xxxxxxx Loan means the loans made pursuant to the Xxxxxxx Loan Agreement.

More Definitions of Xxxxxxx Loan
