Xxxxxxx Note definition

Xxxxxxx Note means the promissory note of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx to Xxxxxxx Bank National Association dated May 15, 2008 in the original principal amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100ths Dollars ($250,000.00).
