Xxxxxxxx Family Parties means Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx III or Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, such Persons’ spouses and lineal descendants, and any Xxxxxxxx Family Entities.
Xxxxxxx Family means Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx and the members of their Families.
Xxxxxxx Group means (a) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family and (b) any Related Person of any such member.
Foster family home means a private home in which children are placed for foster family care under supervision of the cabinet or a licensed child-placing agency;
Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.
MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
Xxxxxxx Mac The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, or any successor thereto.
Adult family home means a home licensed under chapter 70.128
Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).
Xxxxxxxx has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Xxxxxxxxxx means Xxxxxxxxxx Broadcasting Corporation, a Maryland corporation.
Xxxxxxxxx means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx.
Xxxxx Fargo means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association.
Xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx a corporation, association, company, joint-stock company or business trust.
Multi-family dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate dwelling unit, which is used, or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole, or in part as the home or residence of one or more persons.
Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Subsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan or an Unsubsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan.
Graham + Sibbald /"we"/"us"/"our" means Graham + Sibbald LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in Scotland (Registered Number SO307130) and having its registered office address at Seabraes House, 18 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB.
Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx has entered into a Management Agreement dated June 15, 1995 ("Management Agreement") with PaineWebber PACE Select Advisors Trust (formerly known as Managed Accounts Services Portfolio Trust ("Trust")), an open-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended ("1940 Act"), with respect to PACE GLOBAL FIXED INCOME INVESTMENTS ("Portfolio");
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx whose address and tax identification number shall be provided within five (5) days after this Settlement Agreement is fully executed by the Parties;
