Xxxxxxxx Family Entities definition

Xxxxxxxx Family Entities means, any trust or entity one hundred percent (100%) owned and controlled by, and established for the benefit of, or the estate of, any of Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx III, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx or their spouses or lineal descendants (including adopted children and their lineal descendants).
