Xxxxxxxxx Trust Parties definition

Xxxxxxxxx Trust Parties means, collectively, the Xxxxxxxxx Trust, the Xxxxxxxxx Trustee, and the Xxxxxxxxx Trustee’s shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, managers, partners, affiliated entities, consultants, agents, accountants, attorneys or other professionals or representatives engaged or employed by the Xxxxxxxxx Trust or Xxxxxxxxx Trustee; provided however, that any contractors or consultants retained to perform or oversee Environmental Actions of the Xxxxxxxxx Trust (for the avoidance of doubt, other than the Xxxxxxxxx Trustee and its shareholders, officers, directors, and employees) shall not be Xxxxxxxxx Trust Parties.

  • Xxxxxxx Mac The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, or any successor thereto.

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) Xxxxxxx Energy Partners I, LP and SEP Management I, LLC, (iii) Xxxxxxx Parent, (iv) Xxxxxxx Investor, (v) Xxxxxxx Production Partners LP, (vi) Xxxxxxx Oil & Gas Corporation, (vii) Blackstone Newco and (viii) any Person Controlled by any one or more of the foregoing (other than the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries).

  • Xxxxxx Mae The Government National Mortgage Association, or any successor thereto.

  • Trust Agent means U.S. Bank, as Trust Agent under the Titling Trust Agreement.

  • Property Trustee Account has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(c).

  • Initial Trust Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12 of the Trust Agreement.

  • Owner Trust means the trust created by this Agreement.

  • Deutsche Bank means Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliated companies, as the context requires.

  • Escrow Trustee means the bank or trust company designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award as the initial escrow agent with respect to the Refunded Bonds under the Escrow Agreement and until a successor Escrow Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement and, thereafter, "Escrow Trustee" shall mean the successor Escrow Trustee.

  • Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated June 19, 2013 among the Company, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.

  • Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx has entered into a Management Agreement dated June 15, 1995 ("Management Agreement") with PaineWebber PACE Select Advisors Trust (formerly known as Managed Accounts Services Portfolio Trust ("Trust")), an open-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended ("1940 Act"), with respect to PACE GLOBAL FIXED INCOME INVESTMENTS ("Portfolio");

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx means, with respect to XXXXX, 0.0326% per annum.

  • Xxxxxxxxxxx means a corporation, association, company, joint-stock company or business trust.

  • Xxxxxxxxxx means Xxxxxxxxxx Broadcasting Corporation, a Maryland corporation.
