Yahoo Properties definition

Yahoo Properties means any Yahoo branded or co-branded media properties, including, without limitation, Internet guides, that are developed in whole or in part by Yahoo or its affiliates.

Yahoo Properties means the Yahoo Search Engine, the Yahoo Directory Tools and the Yahoo Brand Features.

Yahoo Properties means any or all of Yahoo’s or its Affiliates’ worldwide properties, software, products, services, sites and pages, including, without limitation, those accessible in whole or in part through the Internet, whether presently existing or later developed, that are developed in whole or in part by or for Yahoo or its Affiliates.

Examples of Yahoo Properties in a sentence

• Yahoo! shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that there is no use of or access to any Services through Properties that is not in compliance with the terms of the Agreement or not otherwise approved by Google, and Yahoo! shall monitor and disable any such access or use by unauthorized parties (including, but not limited to, spammers or any third-party web sites) using the same standard of care Yahoo! uses to monitor the Yahoo! Properties.

• All Fees paid by YJC to Yahoo hereunder shall be inclusive of all excise and customs duties and other similar taxes imposed by any governmental authority relating to the export of the Yahoo Properties, and all withholding taxes that may be required by either the Japanese or the United States governments under the relevant tax laws and treaties, all of which taxes shall be paid by Yahoo.

• If Yahoo receives notice of an alleged infringement relating to the Yahoo Properties, Yahoo, at its option and expense, shall use all reasonable efforts to: (i) obtain a license at no cost to YJC permitting continued use of the Yahoo Properties on terms and conditions consistent with the rights granted to YJC hereunder; (ii) modify the infringing portion of the Yahoo Properties to perform its intended function without infringing third party rights; or (iii) provide a substitute for such infringing portion.

• Google acknowledges that Yahoo! may update the design, features, functionality, operation and content of the Yahoo! Properties (and the Yahoo! Partners may update the design, features, functionality, operation and content of Yahoo! Partner Properties); including without limitation, any Results Page; provided that Yahoo! agrees that no changes may be made to Ads or the Properties that are not in accordance with this Agreement.

• Yahoo shall retain all ownership rights in and to the Yahoo Properties, Yahoo Japan Enhancements, and the Yahoo Japan Derivative Works.
