Yard and Garden Waste definition

Yard and Garden Waste means any and all leaves, grass and grass clippings, hedge clippings, flowers, garden waste and branches.

Yard and Garden Waste means all organic material produced by a yard or garden including grass clippings, hedge and tree pruning material, weeds and material from flower beds and vegetable gardens.

Yard and Garden Waste means vegetative matter from gardening, landscaping and land clearing including shrub and tree branches less than 20 cm in diameter. Yard and Garden Waste does not include invasive species plants as identified in the Weed Control Act.
