Young Lawyer definition

Young Lawyer means a member of the Association who is between 0 – 7 years post-call.
Young Lawyer means a lawyer who was admitted as a barrister and solicitor within the immediately preceding period of five years.
Young Lawyer means a person who is a member under clause 6.

Young Lawyer means a legal practitioner not more than seven years post call experience or a legal practitioner not more than 35 years of age.
