Immediate precursor means a substance which the Board of Pharmacy has found to be and by regulation designates as being the principal compound commonly used or produced primarily for use, and which is an immediate chemical intermediary used or likely to be used in the manufacture of a controlled substance, the control of which is necessary to prevent, curtail, or limit manufacture.
Juvenile means any person defined as a juvenile in any member state or by the rules of the Interstate Commission, including:
Infant means a child under one year of age.
Nurse means a person who holds a current license from the Oregon Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse pursuant to ORS chapter 678.
