Youth Member definition

Youth Member means a youth member of the BSA registered as of December 31 of any applicable year in a core program (Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA (in each case under age 18), Sea Scouts, Venturing, or Exploring (in each case under age 21)), whose registration is current as of such date and who has paid the individual annual registration fee (which fee has not been refunded in whole or in part).
Youth Member means a youth who is six years of age
Youth Member means a youth who is six years of age through eighteen years of age whose parent or legal guardian has provided written consent for the youth to participate in the activities of a neighborhood youth organization and who pays the required dues of the neighborhood youth organization.

Examples of Youth Member in a sentence

  • Any individual who qualifies for membership and who will be under the age of 18 for the entire membership year will be a Youth Member.

  • A Youth Member shall be subject to AFM Per Capita at the same rate as Regular Members.

  • It shall be the responsibility of the Tier II Youth Member Affiliate Organization to verify and maintain records of all players who are playing or have played for the Tier II Affiliate Organization for the current and prior seven (7) playing seasons.

  • Youth Member Exception: When traveling to an area, regional, or national Boy Scout activity or any Venturing event under the leadership of an adult (21+) tour leader, a youth member at least 16 years of age may be a driver, subject to the following conditions: (1) Six months’ driving experience as a licensed driver (time on a learner’s permit or equivalent is not to be counted); (2) no record of accidents or moving violations; (3) parental permission has been granted to leader, driver, and riders.

  • Youth Member means a person appointed by Council between the ages of 14 and 18 years who attends a local school or at the discretion of Council, as needed.


More Definitions of Youth Member

Youth Member means any person who is admitted from time to time as a Youth Member in accordance with Rule 5.3 after satisfying the eligibility criteria in Rule 5.2(b).
