Zimbabwe Tourism Fund definition

Zimbabwe Tourism Fund means the Zimbabwe Tourism Fund established by subsection (1) of section twenty-nine.

  • Any guarantee or suretyship which was given or made by the Government or any other person in respect of any debt or obligation of the Corporation and which was effective immediately before the transfer date shall remain fully effective against the guarantor or surety on and after that date in relation to the repayment of the debt or the performance of the obligation, as the case may be, by the successor company, the Authority or the Zimbabwe Tourism Fund, as the case may be.

  • All amounts remitted or collected by way of levy shall be paid into the Zimbabwe Tourism Fund.

  • The Consolidated Revenue Fund shall be reimbursed from the Zimbabwe Tourism Fund for all payments made in respect of the salary, wages and allowances of any licensing officer.

  • There is hereby established a fund, to be known as the Zimbabwe Tourism Fund, the management and control of which shall, subject to this Act, be vested in the Minister as trustee of the Fund.

  • Subject to this Act, the object of the Zimbabwe Tourism Fund shall be the development of the tourist industry.
