协议期限. 指本协议第7条中所约定的本协议的生效期限。
LSI means Large Scale Industry
Motorola means Motorola, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
RDSP means a registered disability savings plan within the meaning of the Tax Act;

You or “Your” shall mean the Bidder responding to this Invitation For Bid or the Seller whose Bid the City selected and awarded a contract.
Client employer means an Employer that is involved in a Tri-Party Employment Relationship due to obtaining the services of a third-party entity.
The Company means save as otherwise defined at Article 6.9 the company intended to be regulated by these Articles and referred to in Article 2;
DSS means the Department of Social Services.
NCR means NCR Corporation.
QCBS means Quality- and Cost-Based Selection.
MGA means the Municipal Government Act (Alberta);
Data Source Annual Fiscal Audit Report, Terms of Debt, Other Formal Notifications Received by School. Exceeds Standard The school has met standard for at least 3 consecutive years. Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations. Does Not Meet Standard School is currently in default of financial obligations.
Employee means any person, including Officers and Directors, employed by the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company. Neither service as a Director nor payment of a director’s fee by the Company will be sufficient to constitute “employment” by the Company.
IPA means Independent Public Accountant.
NSC means the National Suppliers Council.
Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.
Employers means the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries (now in existence or hereafter formed or acquired) that have been selected by the Board to participate in the Plan and have adopted the Plan as a sponsor.
Shire means Shire of Augusta Margaret River
The Employer or “The Purchaser” means the "Registrar General, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur" and the "District Judge" of the District Courts.
Lilly has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
PEO means the Public Employment Office.
ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).
Employer Group means the Corporation and any Parent or Subsidiary and any other corporation or business controlled by, controlling or under common control with, the Corporation, as determined in accordance with Sections 414(b) and (c) of the Code and the Treasury Regulations thereunder, except that in applying Sections 1563(1), (2) and (3) of the Code for purposes of determining the controlled group of corporations under Section 414(b), the phrase “at least 50 percent” shall be used instead of “at least 80 percent” each place the latter phrase appears in such sections and in applying Section 1.414(c)-2 of the Treasury Regulations for purposes of determining trades or businesses that are under common control for purposes of Section 414(c), the phrase “at least 50 percent” shall be used instead of “at least 80 percent” each place the latter phrase appears in Section 1.4.14(c)-2 of the Treasury Regulations. Any such determination as to Separation from Service, however, shall be made in accordance with the applicable standards of the Treasury Regulations issued under Section 409A of the Code.
Office Holder means a receiver, administrative receiver, liquidator, provisional liquidator or administrator of a Member of all or substantially all of the Member's assets;
End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;
