You definition

You or “Your” shall mean the Bidder responding to this Invitation For Bid or the Seller whose Bid the City selected and awarded a contract.
You or “Your” means the Bidder responding to this Invitation for Bid or the Seller whose Bid the City Accepts.
You means the purchaser of the Appliance not having purchased the Appliance for re-sale, and ‘your’ has a corresponding meaning.

More Definitions of You

You. (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity exercising permissions granted by this License.
You or "Your" means the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting this Agreement, and Affiliates of that company or entity.
You means an individual or entity exercising rights under this License who has not previously violated the terms of this License with respect to the Work, or who has received express permission from the Licensor to exercise rights under this License despite a previous violation.
You. (or "Your") shall mean the copyright owner or legal entity authorized by the copyright owner that is making this Agreement with the Foundation. For legal entities, the entity making a Contribution and all other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with that entity are considered to be a single Contributor. For the purposes of this definition, "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
You or the "parents" means each person who has signed the Acceptance Form as a parent of the child, or a person who with the School's express written consent replaces a person who has signed the Acceptance Form.
You. "your" and "yours" means a person who meets the eligibility requirements of the Policy and is enrolled for this insurance.
You means the Member
