Employers definition

Employers means the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries (now in existence or hereafter formed or acquired) that have been selected by the Board to participate in the Plan and have adopted the Plan as a sponsor.
Employers shall include individual members of EPSCA and any company, partnership, sole proprietorship, joint venture, contractor, subcontractor or any person that is bound to this agreement.

  • Employers must provide reasonable accommodation in all employment activities unless to do so would cause an undue hardship.

  • For regular part-time employees who hold an appointment of twenty-five (25) percent or more of a full-time appointment, the Employer's contribution shall be pro-rated to the percentage of the appointment.

More Definitions of Employers

Employers organization" means an employers' organization as defined in section 1 of the Labour Relations Act, 1956 (Act No. 28 of 1956);
