Expenses. The Borrower shall, whether or not any disbursement is made hereunder, pay to the Lender on demand all reasonable costs, charges and expenses including legal fees incurred by the Lender and/or BITS for and in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement, as well as all expenses in connection with the enforcement of or preservation of any rights hereunder as well after as before judgement. Notwithstanding the aforesaid the costs for the preparation and negotiation and execution of this Agreement shall be limited to USD 10,000.00 (excluding the costs for legal opinion under Sub-Clause 3.1 (vi), if any).
Expenses. Costs of the implementation of this Agreement by one Party are not to be covered by the other Party.
