During development of follow-on documents and as changes occur, and following completion of these documents, the HN will provide timely notice to the appropriate NATO Commander concerning the availability or any deficiencies of HNS capabilities. The HN takes note that NATO planners rely on the developed follow-on documents to this MOU and require timely notice of planned changes to the national establishment and capabilities.
