The competent ATC units shall ensure that the air traffic outside the CBA/TRA and D-areas for cross border operations is separated from the CBA/TRA and D-areas for cross border operations boundaries in order to comply with ICAO Annex 11 separation requirements. This does not apply to military flights entering the CBA/TRA and D-areas for cross border operations.
