The conditions of subparagraphs. 8.8.4. through 8.8.7. of this Article shall ap- ply in regard to Patent rights for all Project Inventions made by the Parties’ military or civilian employees, including those within Government-owned facilities, and for all Pro- ject Inventions made by Contractors for which the Contracting Party holds title or is entitled to acquire title.
