Order Delays. Subject to section 2.a. “Trading Authorization” of this Agreement, we will act on your instructions as soon as is practicable under the circumstances. Certain circumstances, such as manual order handling, may result in a delay in our acting on your instructions. See also section 3.r. “Electronic Trading”.
