Ordering process. Orders can be placed remotely or online as follows: For a better follow-up, we recommend that you provide your e-mail address when ordering. The order is processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of your order. Orders can only be shipped within France. They can be sent directly to the school.
Ordering process. The ordering process on the Website is as follows:
1. The Client orders, for themselves and three to seven additional Clients, Transport Passes and optionally Insurance. They specify the number of Transport Passes and Insurance products they intend to purchase and provide their payment details. Their bank account is not immediately charged. Orders must be placed no later than 10:59 PM the day before the Transport Pass validity begins.
2. The ordering Client and each additional Client receive an email inviting them to recruit other Clients to join the order.
