SAMPLES. The sending of samples is for information purposes only. SELLER will not assume any liability, warranty or compliance’s obligations in connection with the supply of samples. BUYER assumes full liability in connection with the furnishing or use of the sample, being enhanced that the sample is not intended to be used.
