Subject to the terms herein, Company is authorized to register for and create an Apple Employee Portal (i) for the corporate provisioning of Products to its Eligible Employees in the Territory, and (ii) if authorized by Apple, to allow Eligible Employees the option to select and purchase Apple Products for personal end use. From a Product selection determined by Apple in its discretion, Company may select Products to include in the Apple Employee Portal.
