AUDIT. 19.26.1The bidder shall allow the Bank, its authorised personnel, its auditors (internal and external), authorised personnel from RBI / other regulatory & statutory authorities and grant unrestricted right to inspect and audit its books and accounts, to provide copies of any audit or review reports and findings made on the service provider, directly related to the services. 19.26.2In case any of the services are further outsourced/ assigned/ subcontracted to other bidders, it will be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the authorities /officials as mentioned above are allowed access to all the related places, for inspection and verification. 19.26.3Audit under this clause shall be restricted to physical files related to this arrangement. Audit shall be conducted during normal business hours and on normal working days after informing the bidder in advance. 19.27
