Contents of the Technical Bid. The tender form for Technical Bid is as per Annexure-I, complete in all respects. The bidder In this regard should submit the following documents in the Technical Bid: (i) Financial status: The annual turnover of the bidder for the last three years. (Copies of I.T. returns, P & L A/c and balance sheet to be enclosed) (ii) The bid should be accompanied by two separate Demand drafts for Tender Fee for Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) and Bid Security (EMD) of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only). The bid received without tender fee and Bid Security (EMD) will not be considered. (iii) Copies of documentary evidence of relevant experience during the last Five (5) years in the area of providing security services in Govt. departments/ PSU’s/ Semi Govt. organizations (as specified in the Eligibility criteria).
