The rates can be increased based on the revision of Minimum Wages, increase in CPI Index etc. only on Annual basis and at the time of the renewal / extension of the contract. 8.6 Bid Security:- 8.6.1 The successful bidder shall deposit Bid Security (Xxxxxxx Money Deposit) for an amount @ 2% of the quoted amount in the form of an Account Payee DD of a Scheduled Commercial Bank in India in favor of “Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi” or by NEFT. 8.7 Format and Signing of Bid:- 8.7.1 The bidder shall submit one copy of the Tender document and addenda, if any, thereto, with each page of this document signed and stamped to confirm the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the tender by the bidder. 8.7.2 The documents comprising the bid shall be typed or written in indelible ink and all pages of the bid shall be signed by a person or persons duly authorized to sign on behalf of the bidder.
