General Note. Contractor has to get signature of the Caretaker / ACT in the prescribed formats after completing the work. In case of no signature against a work, payment shall not be done. If the signature is found to be forged / fabricated by the Contractor, suitable penal action shall be taken against the Contractor, which may lead to termination of the Contract. 7.8.7
