Preliminary Scrutiny. Preliminary scrutiny of the Proposals for eligibility will be done to determine whether the Proposals are complete, whether the documents have been properly signed, whether any computational errors have been made, and whether the Proposals are generally in order. Proposals not conforming to such preliminary requirements will be prima facie rejected. 6.4.
Preliminary Scrutiny. The Bank will scrutinise the offers received to determine whether they are complete and as per RFP requirement. The firms meeting the eligibility criteria will be taken forward to the next stage of technical evaluation.
