XXXXX’x Staff is divided into three broad categories as under: - Being an officer -oriented institution, most of the recruitment is done in Class I and is generally made at the base level posts i.e. Grade ‘A’. However, depending upon the business needs and to bridge the skill set deficit, w herever necessary, suitably qualified candidates having banking / financial services experience in select specialized areas of relevance to SIDBI can also be recruited at suitable levels from the open market on regular / contract / deputation / retainershi p basis. Besides, Bank also engages specialists on short -term contract for various projects run in collaboration with international agencies viz. World Bank, ADB, KfW, DFID, JICA etc .
