Relation of the STBA. The license of STBA shall in no way deemed to be or nor may represented by STBA as a franchisee, partner, joint venture or employee of the Konkan Railway Corporation Limited. The STBA shall behave in well manner with the passengers in polite language and shall also behave properly with other employees of the Corporation posted on other counters at the station.
