Setting out of work. The contractor shall set out the works and shall be responsible for the true and perfect setting out of the same and for the correctness of the position levels, dimensions and alignment of all parts thereof. If at any time any error in this respect shall appear during the progress of the works or within a period of one year from the completion of the works, the Contractor shall, if so required, at his own expense rectify such error to the satisfaction of the Bank's Engineer. 7)
