Survival. Any provision of the Contract/ this RFP (if any) which, either expressly or by implication, survive the termination or expiry of the Contract, shall be complied with by the Parties in the same manner as if the Contract/ RFP is valid, subsisting and in full force and effect. In the event of the Termination of the Agreement (with the selected Bidder) in whole or in part, the Clauses titled "Compensation", "Rights in Intellectual Property and Material", "Indemnification", "Confidentiality", and "Limitation of Liability" shall survive and continue in effect and shall ensure to the benefit of and be binding upon both the Parties, their successors and assigns.
Survival. This Agreement along with the Bid and the response of the Licensee collectively constitute the full and complete arrangement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. The expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason will not release either Party from any liabilities or obligations set forth herein this Agreement and such Articles (as applicable to the parties) will survive any termination of this Agreement. 20.4
