Shortlisted Bidder is one who is found eligible as per eligibility criteria set out in this RfP, whose technical Bid has been accepted and who has emerged as successful bidder as per the selection criteria set out in the RfP and to whom notification of award / / notification of selection of technical evaluation / LoI / Purchase Order has been given by the Bank.
