Article 17. Non-affection clause
Article 17. The Pan-European University will provide planned lecturing and practical activities in main campus of the University and other premises in accordance with licenses issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Srpska and provisions of the University Curriculum and Syllabus, and by the emission and broadcasting from the University seat for the Distance Learning. Za praktičnu nastavu i za predmete xxxx karakter to zahtjeva, nastava će se vršiti u prostorima van sjedišta Univerziteta. Prostor u kojem se obavljaju nastavne aktivnosti će zadovoljavati propisane uslove i standarde.

Article 17. Nothing in this Treaty shall preclude recourse to the modes of peaceful settlement contained in Article 33 (1) of the Charter of the United Nations. The High Contracting Parties which arc parties to a dispute should be encouraged to take initiatives to solve it by friendly negotiations before resorting to the other procedures provided for in the Charter of the United Nations.
Article 17. Privileges and Immunities of the Members of the SO
Article 17. The Pan-European University will perform the planned lecturing and research activities at the main university campus and at the other premises outside the campus in accordance with the licenses issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Srpska and by the provisions of the Study program's Curriculum and Syllabus, also by the emission and broadcasting of the distance learning contents from the University seat as well as at the laboratories and scientific research centres. University will also perform a learning process at the regional distance learning internet centres located in the higher education and research institutions which have closed Learning Agreements and/or Agreements on academic and scientific cooperation with Pan-European university as well as in the licensed testing centres and other locations where Pan-European University has permission to do studding activities. The space, where the lectures will take place, fulfils legal conditions and standards. Student is entitled to use all premises and spaces of the Pan- European University, which are intended for specific types of work and student's activities, as well as to participate in all types of lecturing, extracurricular, optional, and open activities. Student is entitled to perform scientific researches as well as to participate in professional projects of the Pan-European University. The conditions for participation of students in research and professional projects are regulated by particular Senate Act. Student is entitled to study and to get benefits of a specific educational service, including the access to evaluation and exam activities in all organizational units where educational and other program activities of the Pan-European University are organized and accomplished. Student is entitled to participate at the functional units of the university such as: Library, Laboratory for ICT and distance learning, research laboratories and cabinets, University Publishing Centre, Business incubation, Career guidance, PR and sports centres of the University, in accordance with the Rule-books of those organizational units.
Article 17. Any controversy which may arise between the parties to the dispute as regards the interpretation or manner of implementation of the final decision may be submitted by either party to the dispute for decision to the arbitral tribunal which rendered it. A conciliation commission shall be created upon the request of one of the parties to the dispute. The commission shall, unless the parties to the dispute otherwise agree, be composed of five members, two appointed by each party concerned and a President chosen jointly by those members.
Article 17. The Council of Senior Officials shall consist of Senior Officials from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Contracting Parties, or other duly appointed representatives.
Article 17. At such times as it may consider necessary the Governing Body of the International Labour Office shall present to the General Conference a report on the working of this Convention and shall examine the desirability of placing on the agenda of the Conference the question of its revision in whole or in part.
