Common use of Business Days Clause in Contracts

Business Days. Without prejudice to the calculation of the Interest Period which remains unchanged, if a payment is due on a day which is not a Business Day, the due date for that payment shall be the next Business Day if the next Business Day is in the same calendar month, or the preceding Business Day if the next Business Day is not in the same calendar month.
