CONTINUITY DATE. Date stated in POLICY Only with respect to additional cover provided by any extension of insu- rance cover or increase of the LIMIT OF LIABILITY the effective date of such cover extension shall be the CONTINUITY DATE. For new SUBSIDIARIES in accordance with subsection 2.7. hereof, the CONTINUITY DATE shall be the date on which the SUBSIDIARY was acquired or created.
