Common use of GENERAL UNDERTAKINGS Clause in Contracts

GENERAL UNDERTAKINGS. The undertakings in this Clause 19 remain in force from the date of this Agreement for so long as any amount is outstanding under the Finance Documents or any Commitment is in force. 19.1 Authorisations (a) obtain, comply with and do all that is necessary to maintain in full force and effect; and (b) supply certified copies to the Agent of, any Authorisation required under any law or regulation of Serbia to enable it to perform its obligations under the Finance Documents and to ensure the legality, validity, enforceability or admissibility in evidence in Serbia of any Finance Document. 19.2 Compliance with laws (a) The Borrower shall comply in all respects with all laws, regulations and treaties to which it may be subject, if failure so to comply would materially impair its ability to perform its obligations under the Finance Documents.
