Human Capital. Provision of technical assistance and carrying out of capacity building activities to establish mechanisms and frameworks for long term development of human resources and knowledge sharing in the railways sector, including, inter alia: (a) the development and implementation of robust human resources systems, strategies, and knowledge curricula with corresponding gender action plans in IZS, Serbia Cargo and Serbia Voz; (b) the design of educational, training and retraining programs in cooperation with vocational schools and universities; and (c) the establishment of a railway PhD program for women, through the financing of scholarships.
