Modal Shift. Provision of support to shift traffic toward the railways as a greener and more affordable transport mode, through: (a) the financing of a study to identify opportunities for increasing railway market share, including, inter alia, the potential for attracting additional traffic, social implications, and impact on environmental footprint; and (b) the carrying out of an analysis of the ownership alternatives for Serbia Cargo and the establishment of a roadmap for implementation of the selected approaches.
