Information duties. During the subsistence of this Guarantee Agreement, the Guarantor shall immediately inform the Bank of:
(a) a Material Adverse Change in respect of the Guarantor;
(b) an Illegality Event;
(c) a Change-of-Law Event with respect to the Guarantor; and

a Change-of-Law Event with respect to the Guarantor; and deliver any other information on its financial position likely to have a detrimental effect on its ability to perform the obligations expressed to be assumed by it under this Guarantee Agreement. For the purposes of this Article 4.2, "Change-of-Law Event" means the enactment, promulgation, execution or ratification of or any change in or amendment to any law, rule or regulation (or in the application or official interpretation of any law, rule or regulation) that occurs after the date of this Guarantee Agreement, and which could reasonably be expected to affect the validity and enforceability of this Guarantee Agreement or the ability of the Guarantor to perform the obligations expressed to be assumed by it under this Guarantee Agreement.
