The Prepayment Indemnity shall be calculated as if the cancelled amount had been disbursed and repaid on the Scheduled Disbursement Date or, to the extent that the disbursement of the Tranche is currently deferred or suspended, on the date of the cancellation notice.
If at any time from the receipt by the Bank of a Disbursement Acceptance in respect of a Tranche, and until the date falling 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the Scheduled Disbursement Date, a Market Disruption Event occurs, the Bank may notify to the Borrower that this clause has come into effect.

Any request for deferment shall have effect in respect of a Tranche only if it is made at least 7 (seven) Business Days before its Scheduled Disbursement Date.
