After having been triggered, the Service "Breakdown Call" esta- blishes a voice and data connection to the service center assigned to the vehicle and transmits your vehicle location and all relevant vehicle information to the service center. You can speak personally with an employee of the service center about these vehicle informa- tion. The Service "Breakdown Call" is independent of the EU eCall. In emergencies, the EU eCall must be used in your vehicle to contact the responsible emergency call center or a corresponding emer- gency call is triggered automatically via the EU eCall, respectively.
