Content of the terms of use. 1. These general terms of use (hereinafter: “GTU”) contain the terms and conditions for the use by the registered user (hereinafter: “User”) of the online private job placement services (hereinafter: “Services”) available on the website of XxxxxXx.xx (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xx) (hereinafter: “Website”) operated by XxxxxXx.xx Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: 2092 Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx xxxx 96.; company registry number: Cg.00-00-000000; hereinafter: Service Provider).⦍⦍
2. The provisions of the GTU shall be applied to unregistered users (hereinafter: “Visitor”) to the extent this GTU contains a provision applicable to any activity carried out within the framework of the Services.
3. If and when the User or the Visitor commences using any element of the Services, he/she shall be deemed to have accepted the provisions of this GTU contemporaneously.
4. The Service Provider shall at any time entitled to unilaterally amend this GTU on the understanding that it shall notify the Users and the Visitors regarding such amendment in the form of a brief notice on this page. Subsequent to such amendment, by using the Services, the User and the Visitor shall accept the amendment to the terms and conditions. No amendment, if any, to the GTU shall have retroactive effect, and the amendments shall enter into force not earlier than 15 (fifteen) days following their publication. However, any amendments designed to introduce a new function of the Services or any amendments implemented for legal considerations shall enter into force immediately. In case the User or the Visitor disagrees with the GTU as amended, he/she shall stop using the Services.
5. The agreements to be entered into in accordance with the GTU shall be made in the Hungarian language, and shall not be deemed as agreement reduced to writing, therefore they shall not be filed by the Service Provider, and they shall not be accessible afterwards. Any and all documents referenced in this GTU shall also form part of the agreement.
6. If required, the Service Provider shall improve the qualities and alter the Services. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any content element of the Services at any time without any prior notification, or to change their appearance, content or operation or to place any job advertisement, or any content presenting its own services or other content.
