DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE. These Conditions apply to hotel booking, car rental and flight booking services available through the user interface of XxxxxXxxxx.xxx. Eligible Persons complying with the conditions set forth in these Conditions are entitled to a refund for the service used, subject to the restrictions set out in these Conditions. If an Eligible Person makes a payment by a bank card for the service selected via the user interface of XxxxxXxxxx.xxx simultaneously with the booking and before the start of the service (“advance payment”), the Operator shall provide the amount of the rebate as credits to the Eligible Person’s account registered on the user interface of XxxxxXxxxx.xxx within 2 working days after the service performance (e.g. the date of the last booked flight). The Eligible Person must log in to the user account registered on the user interface of XxxxxXxxxx.xxx to view the rate of credit indicated during the booking process. After completing the booking process, the Eligible Person may view the rate of credit recorded with the status “Pending” in their account registered on the user interface of XxxxxXxxxx.xxx. The eligibility to a rebate will be restricted to the account of the Eligible Person paying by a bank card, even if the service purchased is used by a participating person other than the Eligible Person, who fulfils the conditions of eligibility. If an Eligible Person makes a payment by a bank card for the service selected via the user interface of XxxxxXxxxx.xxx after the booking and simultaneously with the start of the service (“on-premise payment”), the Operator shall provide the amount of the rebate as credits to the Eligible Person’s account registered on the user interface of XxxxxXxxxx.xxx within 45 working days after the service performance (e.g. the date of the last booked flight). If credits equal to or more than 100 Euros are available in the Eligible Person’s account registered on the user interface of XxxxxXxxxx.xxx, the Eligible Person may request a payment to the bank account associated with the bank card used for the payment and linked to their account.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE. An eligible person with a Premium Mastercard® may use the Fast Track Lane at Aquaworld’s cash desks, along with five guests. A person eligible in accordance with these Conditions and the five guests appointed by them upon entry (“Eligible Persons”) are entitled to enter the separate Mastercard Premium Lounge (“Lounge”) and changing room. Provider offers water and lemonade to Eligible Persons in the Lounge, and shall offer Eligible Persons the opportunity to have lunch on the grill terrace (generally reserved for the hotel guests) between noon and 3 pm during the months of July and August for an additional fee according to the current rates. The Fast Track Lane may be used upon entering and upon leaving as well. Eligible Persons using the Fast Track Lane and having lunch on the grill terrace may only pay for services via bank card (including SZÉP card). Services provided under these Conditions may also be used after entry on presentation of a Mastercard defined in Section 3 of these Conditions at the Fast Track Lane. In case of special promotions organized by Operator, Eligible Persons are entitled to obtain objects or use services as described in the rules of the promotion, but this eligibility is only applicable to the five guests appointed by an Eligible Person if the special promotion’s rules explicitly state it. At their discretion and in accordance with these Conditions, Provider and Operator may restrict or exclude Eligible Persons from entering the Lounge.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE. A cardholder eligible in accordance with these Conditions and the five guests appointed by them upon entry (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Eligible Persons”) are entitled to enter the separate Mastercard Premium Lounge (“Lounge”) and the Outdoor Mastercard Premium Lounge (“Outdoor Lounge”). Provider offers water and lemonade to Eligible Persons in the Lounge, and in the Outdoor Lounge, the Eligible Persons may enjoy unlimited soft drinks in the designated bar area. From July 1 to August 31, Eligible Persons may use the Grill Terrace, otherwise reserved for the use of the Operator’s guests, every day between 12 PM and 3 PM for an extra fee. The Operator shall grant Eligible Persons a 10% discount on the price of the buffet lunch served on the Grill Terrace. The discount does not apply to drinks served on the Grill Terrace. The Fast Track Lane may be used by Eligible Persons upon entering and upon leaving as well. Eligible Persons using the Fast Track Lane and having lunch on the grill terrace may only pay for services via bank card (including SZÉP card). Services provided under these Conditions may also be used after entry on presentation of a Mastercard defined in Section 3 of these Conditions at the Fast Track Lane. Eligible Persons are entitled to use a separated changing room on the Aquaworld premises, and to use a complementary sauna towel at the Aquaworld Sauna World. In case of special promotions organized by Operator, Eligible cardholders are entitled to obtain objects or use services as described in the rules of the promotion. In respect of five guests who may be selected by the Eligible cardholder, the provisions of this paragraph shall apply only if the terms and conditions of the promotion expressly provide for such eligibility. At their discretion and in accordance with these Conditions, Provider and Operator may restrict or exclude Eligible Persons from entering the Lounge or the Outdoor Lounge.
