Common use of Emergency assistance Clause in Contracts

Emergency assistance. Right on the spot of the occurrence of the claim event, the restoration of the operability of the motor vehicle with the help of salvage truck(s) and mechanics, in accordance with the relevant official Hungarian regulations. This service shall be available up to three times a year. The emergency assistance service shall qualify merely as temporary repairs and the Insured shall be required to make arrangements as soon as possi- ble for the permanent and reliable repairs of the motor vehicle.
