SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT. 1.1. The Customer orders from the Provider, while the Provider agrees to provide the technical data supply specified in detail in the Annexes to this Contract for the Customer. 1.2. Conclusion of this Contract shall be considered as acceptance of the Operational and Business Code (OBC) by the Customer in accordance with Government Decree No 19/2009. (I. 30.) on the Implementation of the Act on Natural Gas Supply (hereinafter referred to as: “Implementation Decree”). 1.3.
