Suspension. (1) If the criteria for an extraordinary termination are met, SHARE NOW may, instead of terminating the contract, block the Mem- ber from participating in SHARE NOW Rewards; neither collect- ing points nor redeeming Rewards will then be possible. The same applies if there are objective grounds for suspecting the existence of an extraordinary reason for termination. The ac- count may remain blocked at least for the period of time re- quired for a reasonable examination of the facts.
