Common use of Termination of the insurance contract Clause in Contracts

Termination of the insurance contract. The contract terminates on the date of expiry determined in the insurance contract but the latest at 24:00 hours on the last day of the period covered by the paid premium. Furthermore, the contract terminates in case of death of the insured.
