The Customer aware that the availability of the Electronic Statement Facility is subject to the terms and conditions of Customer’s agreement(s) with its service providers and/or network providers. The Bank will not be liable for any dispute between Customer and its service providers and/or network and makes no representation or gives no warranty with respect to the quality of the service provided by its service providers and/or network providers.
