CONFIDENTIALITY. 7.1 Any information on the financial status of the Parties and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as agreements with third parties involved in the implementation of the Project, shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed. Other conditions of confidentiality may be established at the request of any of the Parties.
