CONSENT. The Purchaser agrees and undertakes to apply for consent (if applicable) from the Developer/Proprietor and other relevant authorities, in respect of the sale and all fees, charges and expenses including administrative fees in connection with or incidental to the application shall be borne by the Purchaser.
